1. Delivery within the European Union
We offer delivery across the EU via reputable carriers (e.g. PostNord, DHL, DPD). Available shipping methods and costs are displayed at checkout before order completion.
Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days, depending on destination.
Traders must deliver goods within 30 days unless otherwise agreed (europa.eu).
Shipping cost: Typically ranges from €25 to €100 depending on destination, size, and weight. The exact amount will be shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking is provided, and shipment details are emailed once the package is dispatched.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate address and contact details. Arch Studio is not liable for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect customer information.
Arch Studio is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers during shipping.
2. Payment
Accepted payment methods include card (Visa/Mastercard), bank transfer, PayPal, Swish. All card transactions comply with PCI‑DSS; items ship only once payment is confirmed.
3. Right of Withdrawal (14 days) & Returns
- Withdrawal period: 14 days from the day after receipt.
- Condition: Items must be unused with original labels. Excess handling may result in deduction.
- Return shipping: Customer covers return shipping; use a trackable service.
- Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized goods are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us in writing within 14 days: contact@archstudio.se (include your order number).
- Complete the standard withdrawal form:

- Attach return label and drop off at any postal office.
- Keep tracking ID or receipt until refund completion.

Import duties, taxes, and additional local charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in the listed prices.
Tracking is provided whenever available. Delivery time may be affected by customs processing and local carriers.
The right of withdrawal and consumer guarantees may differ depending on your local legislation and may not be guaranteed under EU laws.
