Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed by the customer through the Arch Studio website. By using the website and/or placing an order, the customer agrees to comply with these terms. The customer must have read and understood the terms before placing an order.

Arch Studio reserves the right for final sale, and for potential errors in product images, descriptions, pricing, or stock availability. Images on the site are for illustration purposes only and may not represent the exact appearance of the products.

Arch Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. The version published on the website at the time of purchase applies.

Note for Non-EU Customers: If you are placing an order from outside the European Union, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and additional local charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. VAT may not be included in the listed prices for non-EU orders. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. The right of withdrawal and consumer guarantees may differ depending on your local legislation. Swedish law applies to all international orders.

Agreement

A binding agreement is established once the customer places an order and accepts these terms. An order confirmation is sent via email. Customers are advised to save this confirmation.

Prices and Charges

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT according to the applicable rate in the customer’s country of residence within the EU. The total cost, including shipping and any additional charges, is clearly displayed at checkout.

For customers outside the EU, prices may be displayed without VAT. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are not included and must be paid by the recipient.

  • Card Payment (Visa/Mastercard): charged when the item is dispatched
  • Direct Bank Payment
  • PayPal
  • Other local EU-compliant payment solutions depending on your region

We reserve the right to decline a transaction in cases of missing or invalid payment information.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the EU country provided by the customer during checkout. For stocked items, delivery normally takes 3–7 business days, depending on destination and chosen shipping method. Delivery times may be longer for remote or international areas.

Arch Studio is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside our control (force majeure).

Unclaimed parcels will be subject to a handling fee covering shipping and return administration.

Right of Withdrawal

According to EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

The product must be returned in unused condition with all original labels and packaging intact. You may handle the item to determine its nature and functionality, but deductions may be applied if the product has been used beyond what is necessary.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may use our standard withdrawal form:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items or items clearly personalized (e.g. engravings, custom materials, made-to-measure sizes).

The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service.

Non-EU Customers: Right of withdrawal and return eligibility may vary depending on local laws and may not be guaranteed under EU legislation.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 to 30 calendar days from the date we receive and approve the returned product. In certain cases, such as high-volume seasons, third-party delays, or additional verification procedures, processing may take up to 30 days.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The time required for funds to appear may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or region. Arch Studio is not responsible for delays caused by external financial institutions or intermediaries.

Warranty & Claims

Customers within the EU are entitled to statutory protection under Directive (EU) 2019/771, which provides a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods that prove defective or non-conforming at the time of delivery.

During the first 6 months from the date of delivery, any defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise. After this period, the burden of proof lies with the customer.

The legal guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper care
  • Modifications or alterations to the product
  • Damage incurred during return shipping unless pre-approved

To submit a claim, customers must contact Arch Studio customer service in writing and include proof of purchase and, if applicable, clear images of the defect. If the claim is approved, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

Return shipping related to warranty claims is not covered unless the claim is accepted in advance.

Arch Studio reserves the right to decline claims if the item has been returned without sufficient packaging, has been misused, or if the issue falls outside the stated coverage.

Personal Data (GDPR)

By placing an order, the customer agrees that Kungsten AB is the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We only collect and process personal data necessary to complete orders, manage customer service, and fulfill legal obligations. Customers have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting us.

We only share data with trusted partners who comply with GDPR or equivalent standards when operating outside the EU.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, technical disruptions, or government actions.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be resolved directly with Arch Studio’s customer support.

If no agreement is reached, EU customers may use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission:

These terms are governed by EU consumer law and, where applicable, the local law of the customer’s country of residence.

For customers outside the EU, all purchases are governed by Swedish law.

Ownership & Transfer of Risk

Ownership of the product passes to the customer once full payment has been received. The risk transfers upon delivery to the address specified by the customer.
